I thought is would be fun to tell you a little about myself. First of all my name is Katie May :) I just switched the first letters around. Matie (pronounced like Katie with the M) was one of my nicknames growing up. I have been married 7 years and have three children a girl 6 and 2 boys 4 and 18 mo. old. Hmmm what else... I live in Arizona in the big HOT city. Here are some things I love besides making new templates~ I love to make Lovies (little snuggle blankets) for baby's like this: 
I love making bows (I just started making bows 2 weeks ago for my little girl and love it!) Here are some I have made: 
I love cats! Here is my kitty Mischa:
I love to draw~ watch movies(old or new) and I love to sleep!(any chance I get to sleep in~ I will take it!!) Now on to something else. I have had some ask how I learned to create my templates, I am self taught. I was tired of boring blogs so I googled a lot to find out what to do and now I am pretty familiar with the HTML and tweaking it to do what I want. Each template takes me at least one hour sometimes a lot more. My personal blog I change all the time and I just can't get enough of designing new things. Anyway, that's it!
**If you ever have problems with the HTML saying it is going to delete something it is probably a widget. So don't save it and email me what template you are using and what widget it says it is gong to delete and I'll add it to that template. I don't have the new widgets put in my old templates HTML and it's very easy to fix if you'll just email me at matiekay@gmail.com (A widget is a gadget you put on your side bar like your family links or like the new subscription links etc...)**

Love the butterfly bows!! I'm very bow challenged. I can do just about any craft except ribbon stuff. My Mischa is my almost 8 year old daughter. She has blue eyes, too. I moved to Phoenix in 87 and my mom is still there. How fun to get to know you!
Love the blankets. They look super soft. I am having a baby soon and that looks often. You should sell those :)

Hi Katie! This is ashley from cutestblogontheblock, I thought it was funny, I got an email from a girl asking where the template with the damask background and argyle center went? I was confused so I asked her to go into more detail, well she sent me to her friend's blog, who has it, and it's one of your shabby princess designs! That is so great! I am a mom of 4 girls and I also make bows and those little minky blankies EXACTLY the way that one looks. People are always asking me where I get them! I know they sell versions of them at Wal-Mart,etc., but I like to make my own designs. =D
